Military

Military performance training is tailored to maximize the physical assets of our military men and women to promote readiness and durability when responding to changing conditions, terrains and missions. Programming is specifically designed to improve strength, power, speed, endurance and agility while increasing mobility and joint stability to decrease injury risk. We take great pride in training members of our military forces for the various physical demands of their service.

Firefighter

Firefighter performance training is specifically designed to improve strength, durability and quickness while reducing injury risk. Improve mobility, become more agile, improve readiness and increase strength and power. As a firefighter you are never certain of the situations you will face. The physical and mental demands can be tremendous. Our training programs are designed specifically to teach, challenge and prepare the bodies of our firefighters to perform their duties at maximum capacity while decreasing the potential for injury.

Law Enforcement

Law enforcement performance training is designed to improve strength, durability and quickness while reducing injury risk. Law enforcement can be unpredictable. The situations faced can place high levels of physical and mental stress on the body. Our programs will improve readiness, quickness, agility, strength, mobility and power. We will teach, challenge and prepare our law enforcement personnel to perform their duties at maximum capacity while decreasing the potential for injury.

Return to Service Program

When a member of a team is injured, it affects those that rely on them for their knowledge, skill, role and expertise. We are dedicated to helping our injured service men and women return to duty at their full capacity. Once our tactical athlete has completed any medical treatment and/or physical therapy we are prepared to further their recovery with a tailored program to improve stability, strength and endurance promoting durability and reduction of re-injury risk.
