Our Policies


● We require 12 hour notice of cancellation for Small Group Class.

● We require 24 hour notice of cancellation for Individual Training Appointments.

● If adequate notice is not provided the class/training session will be charged resulting in the loss of one prepaid session.

If adequate notice was provided, students will have the opportunity to reschedule or join an alternate class if space is available. If space is not available, the student will lose that single pre-paid class session. Cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances will be situational and can occur up to one hour prior to a scheduled class or training appointment by Pure Performance. Pure Performance understands that emergencies happen and those circumstances will be handled appropriately at our discretion.


It is our mission at Pure Performance to provide exceptional service to our students. To see the greatest results and progress it’s recommended that students train with us a minimum of 2 times per week. Also, when participating in a training program, it is expected that the student make time on their own to practice what is learned during the training sessions. After committing to the program for at least 90 days and training a minimum of 2 times per week you WILL see improved mobility, strength and cardiovascular endurance guaranteed!


Individual and Semi-Private Training sessions will expire 60-180 days from the date of purchase depending on the package. Pure Performance is committed to keeping you on your path to improved health, strength, fitness and wellness. Should a student receive a written request from their physician that they are unable to participate in physical activity, Pure Performance will extend the expiration for the length of the physicians request.

Small Group Training sessions expire 30 days from the date of purchase. Missed classes cannot be carried over into the next month. All purchased small group training classes must be used within the month registered. Students will have the opportunity to make-up missed classes within the registered month if the appropriate 12 hour notice of cancellation was provided.


All Small Group Training Sessions require registration for attendance. First-time participants will need to complete a health history and liability waiver prior to attending. Small Group Training Sessions are 60 minutes in length. Students can register for classes at any time leading up to the scheduled class. Please review the cancellation policy above. Please contact Pure Performance should you need additional assistance with our registration process. Classes are limited to 8 participants (Pilates accept 12).

Please note the Registration and Class Policy:

  • 2-12 Registered – Class will run as scheduled – 60 Minute Small Group Training
  • 2 Registered (1 Late Cancels) – Class will run as 60 Minute Individual Training Session
  • 1 Registered – Class will be cancelled
  • FAMILY SHARING – SMALL GROUP TRAINING – 2 persons/same household

    Family Sharing is available for ALL of our Small Group Training packages excluding our FIT Club Packages. Family Sharing members must reside in the same household. Some restrictions apply. Family Sharing members cannot exceed 16 Classes/Month with our Unlimited Small Group Training Packages. Any additional training classes attended above the maximum (16) will be charged at a rate of $15/class.
