Eric Chasko is a well rounded trainer and martial arts instructor with over 13 years experience in coaching human performance. His interest in fighting and fitness are rooted in a desire and need to perform in real world, real time applications. He brings this philosophy to the training floor in his individual and group training sessions. He is also the presenter of our Fighting Chance Workshop.Eric has studied Tae Kwon Do, Goju Dao Te, Jun Fan, Kali, Silat, Krav Maga, freestyle grappling, and Contemporary Jeet Kune Do. Eric continues to train under Paul Vunak of Progressive Fighting Systems in Contemporary Jeet Kune Do/Kali, in which he is a Full Instructor. Eric is also a NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist, Z-Health Movement Performance Specialist, Maxbells Kettlebell Master Instructor, and Maxbells Certified Bodyweight Trainer. Eric has spent the last 13 years training fitness enthusiasts, athletes, military and law enforcement personnel, and physical therapy patients. His experience coaching human movement, combined with the unique insights gained from his teachers and training partners, allow him to meet his clientele at their level and coach them to the best version of themselves.
Rory Pollack is a Training Professional and Kettlebell Coach with 5 years of training experience. Rory holds certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), IKFF and USA Weightlifting. He is also CPR/AED certified. Rory has learned from world class athletes and some of the brightest minds in the industry. Rory can help you achieve any number of goals. He utilizes bodyweight, kettlebells, the essential exercises (squat, deadlift etc.) and cardio to help you achieve success. He has worked with clients of varying needs and goals from those with Multiple Sclerosis to those seeking to shed some pounds to high school athletes. Rory has great success with his clients and particularly enjoys the challenge of training clients with past injuries and flexibility/mobility issues. Erica Brown is a Nutritionist, Wellness Coach and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Erica earned her BS in Nutrition and Exercise Science from Virginia Tech. As a former athlete and coach, she is passionate about athletics and specializes in Sports Nutrition as well as weight management. She has worked as a Strength and Conditioning coach at Virginia Tech and Arizona State University. She has worked as a Sports Nutritionist at Athletes’ Performance in Arizona and with the Florida Gators at the University of Florida. Erica teaches nutrition at Mercer County Community College and is also a student herself, finishing up a Master’s degree program in Nutrition and Wellness. She currently owns her own nutrition consulting business PRIME Nutrition 365 and is excited to have the opportunity to work with the athletes and clients at Pure Performance 24!

Gayle Gunn is a Life Coach and Organizational Strategist with years of experience inspiring, motivating and empowering others on how to live and work in a way that supports their goals and aspirations. Gayle is the Owner of Journey to Organized Living and she’s a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). She is also a Certified Professional Life Coach with American Life Coaching Academy and is currently in process to become a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). Gayle joined the Pure Performance team as our sole Performance Review Coach. Our PR Coach is solely focused on the success of our clients and their satisfaction. Gayle was a perfect fit! As our PR Coach she creates a platform for our clients to be honest, truthful and transparent about their experience and expectations with us so we can continue to properly support, motivate and empower them to achieve their goals.
