Individual training offers newcomers to fitness enthusiasts a greater level of attention to target their personal fitness goals which can accelerate their progress and success.
Programming is specifically designed toward the individuals fitness goals to achieve maximum results. Clients will receive an Initial Movement Assessment to expose any physical limitations, asymmetries or weak links in their basic human movement patterns that can increase injury risk. A health history will be completed, goal setting and baseline measurements if requested.
